Position title: Sales & Partnerships Manager

About the role
Mission: Generate maxmum revenue from your territory of clients and their agencies
- Outbound activity - this job is not about responding to briefs, it's about getting on the phone and proactively making things happen
- Creative solutions - no spots & dots here, being creative and thinking up executions that blow clients away is required to succeed
- Client relationships - bringing established client & agency relationships and creating new relationships is key
- New business development - cold-calling new and lapsed clients is 25% of this role
About the successful candidate
Skills
- Core sales skills - prospecting, pitching, objection handling, proposals, sales documentation, client servicing
- Communication skills - articulate, persuasive and memorable with excellent written communication skills
- Technology skills - Google Workspace cloud environment (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet), CRM (ie, Salesforce)
- People skills - the ability to read the room and thread the line between persistent and annoying
Experience
- Media sales - 1-4 years digital advertising sales experience selling to clients direct and to their agencies
- Exposure to the travel, alcohol, banking & finance, arts & entertainment, consumer tech and motor vehicles would be an advantage
