We have an opening for an experienced and driven Producer / Agent to join our outstanding team asap.
The Producer works across shoot coordination and delivery for clients - 70% of the role.
The Agent services artists delivering to the individual marketing plans - 30% of the role.
Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in our Surry Hills office
Salary: Package negotiable dependent on level of experience

Core Responsibilities
PRODUCER
- Strengthen the Sam I Am brand by being passionate, authentic, clear in communication, warm, connected, efficient and solution-driven
- Manage the end-to-end production process for photographic and motion projects, from initial concept development to final delivery.
- Collaborate with photographers, clients, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Create and manage project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and cost-effective production.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, including studios, equipment rentals, and props, to secure necessary resources within budget.
- Organise and coordinate production logistics, including scheduling, location scouting, and talent casting.
- Provide creative input and guidance to enhance the visual quality and impact of projects.
- Ensure compliance with legal and copyright requirements in collaboration with legal teams.
AGENT
- Creative Management
- Retain a clear vision for each artist’s strategy, with a deep understanding that everything we do is motivated by the Artist goals and achieving them
- Daily, weekly and monthly communication and WIP meetings with artists
- Curation of imagery for pitching / marketing purposes
- Confident in making initial connections with potential clients. Booking and attending marketing meetings with the artists.
- Identifying new opportunities for the SIA brand & artists in line with sales & marketing strategies
- Keeping abreast of editorial, advertising and fashion industry developments
- Reinforcing the Sam I Am brand at every client touchpoint

Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Photographic and/or Motion Producer or similar role in the photography industry.
- Strong knowledge of photographic and motion production processes, including pre-production, on-set operations, and post-production.
- Proven track record in successfully delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Extensive network and relationships with industry vendors, such as studios, equipment suppliers, and talent agencies.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools used for project management and image editing.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
