We’ve recently launched a new brand identity, migrated to Shopify, and introduced a B2B program to better serve our commercial and wholesale clients. Now, we’re looking for a proactive and capable Marketing Coordinator to help drive the next stage of growth.
About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns across digital channels, coordinating product launches, maintaining our online presence, and supporting brand consistency.
You’ll collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Purchasing, Design) and external partners (Agencies, Developers) to execute high-impact campaigns, optimise content, and help deliver a strong return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign & Digital Marketing
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, social, and web.
- Schedule, brief, and publish content aligned with the monthly marketing calendar.
- Manage product launch rollouts in collaboration with purchasing and design teams.
- Support the roll-out of B2B loyalty campaigns and automated email flows.
- Coordinate SMS campaigns, newsletters, and segmented sends via Klaviyo.
Content & Website
- Maintain product content, banners, and SEO meta content on our Shopify site.
- Assist with on-page optimisation, category pages, and landing pages.
- Brief and review creative assets with the Graphic Designer for campaigns, brochures, and email headers.
- Support internal marketing collateral production (e.g. signage, case studies, capability statements).
CRM & Reporting
- Assist in campaign performance tracking using GA4, Google Ads, and Data Studio.
- Work with our Odoo CRM to manage segmented lists, track lead attribution, and update contact records.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of customer lists for all outbound communications.
Social Media & Brand Presence
- Coordinate organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Maintain and execute a content calendar aligned to sales, seasonal and industry events.
- Monitor engagement and report performance monthly.
Project & Agency Coordination
- Track deadlines and ensure timely delivery of tasks via Board or ClickUp.
- Liaise with external agencies (SEO, Google Ads, development) for handover briefs and progress updates.
- Support preparation of WIP agendas and track actions from weekly team meetings.

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing or coordination role.
- Strong project coordination and organisational skills.
- Experience working with a CMS (Shopify or similar).
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Odoo, Klaviyo, Campaign Monitor, Mail chimp).
- High Level of understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA4 analytics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- High attention to detail and strong proofreading ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Points For
- Experience in a B2B or wholesale business.
- Previous exposure to Odoo or similar CRM systems.
- SEO best practice knowledge.
- Design capabilities via Adobe Creative Suite.
