This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a proactive individual looking to launch their career in social media and digital marketing. You will play a crucial role in supporting the senior team in the coordination, implementation, and reporting of social media strategies across a range of exciting clients. You will also support our SODA operations both in the office and warehouse. This is a hybrid role perfect for someone who’s hands-on, loves variety in their day, and has a creative flair for branding and content.
Overview of Role:
As a Social Media Assistant, you will provide essential support to the Social Media Manager/Social Media Director in their day-to-day activities. Your focus will be on creating engaging content, community management, and maintaining brand consistency across various social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Marketing & Social Media Support
- Assist in content creation (photos, videos, captions) for social media platforms
- Help schedule and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
- Learn and support basic analytics tracking for social posts
Operations & Office/Warehouse Support
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and basic warehouse organization
- Help prepare soda orders for delivery or pickup
- Support day-to-day office tasks including ordering supplies, managing spreadsheets, and coordinating with suppliers
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of soda storage/display areas
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
- Interest in beverages, small business, branding, and social media
- Willingness to learn new tools and platforms (we’ll provide training)
- Comfortable lifting light to moderate boxes (warehouse support)
- Positive energy, a good eye for detail, and a love for soda is a bonus!
Nice-to-Haves (but not required):
- Experience with Canva, Instagram Reels, or TikTok
- Customer service or retail experience
- Basic photography or video editing skills
