ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Marketing & Social Media Coordinator at ESSEN The Label, you will be the driving force behind our brand’s storytelling and customer engagement across organic and owned content channels. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, you'll lead the planning and execution of organic social media content, support brand initiatives, manage community engagement both across social and customer service, and contribute to the broader marketing strategy.
You’ll bring your creativity, a keen aesthetic eye, and strategic mindset to design and deliver engaging content, build community, manage influencer relationships, and identify opportunities to amplify our message and reach across platforms. You’re passionate about the creative industries, sustainability, and digital innovation — and you're eager to grow in a fast-paced, values-led brand.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Social Media & Content Creation - Own the end-to-end management of the organic social media calendar, from concept, briefing, creation and publishing and community engagement/interaction.
- Community Management & Customer Experience - Be the brand’s voice - Monitor and respond to all DMs, comments, and emails to foster a thoughtful and responsive customer experience.
- Influencer & Partnership Management - Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers and brand partners, including product gifting and performance tracking.
- Marketing Support & Brand Activation - Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on all campaign execution, brand collaborations, event activations and ensure to keep projects moving forward by managing tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting - Deliver weekly organic social media performance reports with actionable insights and learnings to inform future content strategy and improve engagement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role within fashion, lifestyle, or creative industries.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in design and content tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- An intuitive understanding of social media and what engages audiences.
- Curious, resourceful, and always looking for what's next.
