BELANCĒ is a luxury tailoring brand based in Paddington, Sydney, specialising in made-to-measure menswear. We create garments with purpose, crafted from premium natural fabrics, grounded in minimalist design and defined by attention to detail. Our collections cater to weddings, business, red carpet, and special events, offering a slower, more conscious approach to fashion.
Following the recent opening of our Melbourne flagship showroom, we’re looking for a dynamic and passionate Showroom Manager to lead day-to-day operations and represent the brand in Victoria.
The Melbourne Loft operates by appointment only, giving you the space to offer clients a personalised and elevated experience. As the face of BELANCĒ in Melbourne, you’ll manage every step of the client journey, oversee showroom operations, and support production logistics. This is a rare opportunity to combine customer experience, creative input and business skills within a growing Australian tailoring house with a unique point of view.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Showroom Operations
- Oversee daily operations of the Melbourne showroom.
- Deliver a warm, tailored client experience from initial consultation to final fitting.
- Manage client orders, fittings, and alterations with precision and care.
Order & Production Coordination
- Liaise with production teams and factories to ensure timely fulfilment of made-to-measure orders.
- Track customer orders and communicate progress clearly and proactively.
Brand Development
- Strengthen BELANCĒ’s presence in the Melbourne market through partnerships, events, and local engagement.
- Support PR and marketing initiatives to elevate brand visibility.
About You
- A confident and personable leader with experience in retail, tailoring, or fashion design.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury fashion, tailoring, or premium retail environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
- Passionate about fashion, styling, and delivering exceptional client service.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a showroom setting.
- Comfortable managing people, logistics, and customer relationships with care and professionalism.
