This is an exciting new opportunity for a passionate individual to join our growing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, Design and Production team this role offers a blend of administrative and hands on tasks with the opportunity for continued growth within the company.
As Social & Marketing Coordinator we are seeing a go getter who can bring previous experience as well as develop new skills in a helpful and collaborative team environment, flexible working arrangements but roughly 3 - 4 days a week!
Ideal Requirements:
- Extensive experience in creating content including photography, editing and graphic design across all social mediums (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest etc.) we also have an in house Graphics Designer so overseeing creative as an alternative to physically creating
- Canva experience
- Experience in creating/directing or overseeing EDMs
- Digital Campaign knowledge
- Experience in scheduling content for social media and online launches
- Experience in online and brick-and-mortar retail
- Great attention to detail with experience in copywriting
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Admin or Office support skils
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Enthusiastic, warm and positive
- 2+ years experience in social / digital marketing
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media and marketing calendar
- Create and produce original content in line with the brand aesthetic for use across social media, online and in store
- Liaise with creative contractors, negotiate contracts and manage delivery of assets
- Implement and manage social media advertising campaigns and reporting to the team
- Build social media strategies around key cultural and business events and product launches
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan, produce and schedule regular content that effectively drives an increase in digital engagement and sales
- Assist in the creative planning and execution of major campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Assist in planning and execution of events
- Shoot and edit original content and ecommerce images
- Provide regular, insightful reporting on digital and social media deliverables
- Maintain an understanding of current and future trends within the digital and social media space
- Reply to customer messages on all digital platforms and social media outlets in a timely manner with excellent customer service
- Maintain in-depth and up to date knowledge of all Bambi Mini products and services
- Apply a positive and proactive approach to customer service and problem solving
- Work closely with all teams contributing positively to team culture. Maintain a strong connection to the Bambi Mini brand, creating exceptional customer experiences across all channels
- Manage PR send outs and E - commerce send outs, including managing website inventory and packing orders
