We’re searching for a Lead Photographer to join our globally recognized, Melbourne-based team—someone with the eye of an artist, the heart of a storyteller, and the grace of a true professional.
You’ll help elevate our signature imagery: timeless, fashion-forward, beauty-driven. You’ll photograph the kind of love that belongs in Vogue—framed in stunning light, beautiful locations, and styled with intention.
Who You Are
- A fashion-aware photographer with an appreciation for beauty, backdrops, and flattering light
- Obsessed with the art of effortless, elegant posing and emotional storytelling
- A true people-person: warm, intuitive, and committed to creating a luxury client experience
- Confident yet humble; a people-pleaser who genuinely wants clients to feel incredible and beautiful
- Looking for a long-term home where you can grow creatively and professionally—without the stress of running your own business
- Open to coaching, feedback, and being mentored into a higher version of your craft
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead shooting 20-30 high-end weddings per year across Australia (and a few dreamy international ones)
- Collaborating closely with our creative director and production team
- Capturing editorial-quality imagery with an eye for detail, beauty, and emotion
- Representing Lost In Love with professionalism, positivity, and warmth
- Contributing to styled shoots, portfolio development, and creative direction
