Mingle is not your average pantry brand. Born in a home kitchen and now sold in over 3,000 stores nationwide, we’ve grown a cult-like following through community, creativity, and flavour that actually bangs.
We’ve built this brand from the ground up, leaning on bold storytelling, owned media, paid media (primarily Meta), earned media, and a cheeky challenger spirit to win over Aussie households.
We’re now entering our next stage of growth: launching bold PR campaigns, exciting partnerships and collaborations, increasing our paid media presence, and deepening our community connection. That’s where you come in.

You’re a brand builder at heart. You’ve helped shape a brand’s voice. You’re an expert in social and influencer marketing, a marketing and customer insights nerd, and you understand what it means to truly connect with an audience, not just sell to them.

THE ROLE
As Mingle’s Marketing Manager, you’ll own and lead our brand and marketing strategy across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll help bring our mission to more households through creative campaigns, community driven storytelling, and smart performance thinking.
This is a senior role that reports directly to the Founder and plays a key part in shaping our next chapter.
YOUR IMPACT
Brand Strategy and Campaigns
- Be the custodian of the Mingle brand, ensuring consistency across voice, visuals, values, and vibe
- Lead our annual marketing calendar, from major product launches to community campaigns
- Champion bold, creative campaigns that cut through the noise and generate earned media
- Use customer and category insights to inform messaging, positioning, and creative direction
Community and Social Media
- Oversee social and influencer strategy to deepen community connection and brand love
- Collaborate with our Content Creator to ideate and amplify scroll stopping content
- Build and nurture ambassador relationships, focusing on influence and authenticity over follower count
Paid Marketing
- Confidently manage both awareness and conversion advertising to support campaign goals
- Own paid media budgets, reporting, and performance tracking
Go to Market, Insights, and Category Marketing
- Work with Sales and Product teams to support new product launches across all channels
- Build strategic retail campaigns that drive in store conversion and educate customers
- Use customer insights to inform packaging, messaging, and retail storytelling
- Support new product development by identifying consumer needs, flavour trends, and market opportunities
Leadership and Collaboration
- Manage and mentor the marketing team, including our Content Creator, Influencer Lead, and Marketing Assistant
- Foster a team culture that is collaborative, creative, and accountable
- Contribute to broader business decisions and growth strategies as part of Mingle’s leadership team
WE’D LOVE YOU TO HAVE
- 5 or more years of experience in brand or marketing roles within a high growth consumer or FMCG brand
- A strong foundation in brand building. You’ve helped a brand find its voice and grow emotional connection
- Deep knowledge of social, influencer, and community marketing, and how to turn that into brand love
- Proven ability to lead go to market campaigns from strategy to execution
- Experience with above the line media
- Confidence managing marketing budgets and knowing where to invest for the best return
- A strategic mindset with a bias for action. You’re comfortable moving between big picture thinking and getting things done
- Strong instincts backed by data. You use insights to guide marketing and product decisions
- Great taste in food, in content, in people, and in creative ideas
