About the Role
We are looking for a sales-focused, fashion-forward Stylist & Retail Sales Assistant to join our South Yarra boutique 3–4 days per week. In this role, you’ll deliver impeccable, personalised customer service, assist clients with styling, and support the boutique’s daily operations. You’ll be driven to achieve sales targets while creating memorable experiences that reflect the values of LULU ZAGAME.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one styling and a high level of customer service, ensuring every client feels valued and inspired
- Drive sales performance by understanding client needs and recommending suitable pieces from our collections
- Cultivate strong relationships with new and returning clients through warm, attentive service and follow-up
- Maintain the boutique’s pristine appearance and uphold the LULU ZAGAME visual merchandising standards
- Confidently handle POS transactions, stock management, and boutique upkeep
- Stay informed on current collections and product details to support confident, informed selling
- Support a calm, welcoming, and professional in-store atmosphere
About You
- Experience in premium or luxury fashion retail (preferred)
- Sales-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships
- A strong sense of style and a love for feminine, timeless fashion
- Confident, friendly, and client-focused with strong communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as needed
- Polished and professional personal presentation
