We are looking for a self-motivated, positive person to join our fast-paced studio located in Reservoir for a casual role between 2-4 days per week. This junior role suits someone who is flexible, enthusiastic and keen to be part of a dynamic team.
Our Studio hours Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm.
The successful candidate will:
· Have previous experience working in a customer service role
· Work well independently but also as part of a small team environment
· Be a clear and concise communicator both written and verbally
· Have an eye for detail
· Be computer literate with a keen interest to learn new programs
· Have the ability to work on a variety of tasks
· Be self-motivated, a good problem solver and adaptable
· Have a positive, can-do attitude
· Be a tidy worker who is punctual, efficient and reliable
Reporting to the management team, key tasks for this role include:
· Picking, packing and shipping online orders
· Collating, packing and shipping wholesale orders
· Responding to enquiries for retail, wholesale and trade customers via phone and email
· Processing customer returns and exchanges
· Assisting the warehouse manager with incoming goods, quality control and inventory checks
· Supporting team members with ad hoc projects including samples and seconds sales
· Daily activities that help achieve a clean and safe workplace
· General administrative duties
