We’re on the hunt for a social media manager who knows the ins and outs of social platforms, can build a strategy, and can then get their hands dirty creating and managing content for our clients alongside a support creator.
The position of Social Media Manager at Greenpoint requires strong content creation, social media and copywriting skills coupled with communication skills, careful attention to detail, creative thinking and teamwork.
In order to be a successful social media manager on our team, you will drive creative direction and execution for our clients while working alongside our account teams and content creators to strive to deliver the highest quality work. You will also have a passion for content, an understanding of the ‘content ecosystem’ for brands, creativity, and improvement as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities:
Manage Internal & External Content Teams
- Overseeing content creation, design and community management across all client accounts, ensuring high-quality of work, strategy alignment, brand voice is maintained, and comments and queries are addressed promptly.
Creative Briefing & Collaboration
- Create and deliver clear, strategic creative briefs to internal and external content creators and designers to ensure all content output aligns with client goals and strategy.
Content Creation
- Create high-quality static, video and other content in a timely manner across all content client accounts.
Content Planning & Scheduling
- Develop, manage, and execute strategy-aligned content calendars via Sked.
Client Relationship Management
- Be the go-to contact for all content clients, managing communication, expectations, and providing regular updates and insights into ongoing work.
Strategy Development
- Develop client social media strategies, ensuring impactful content, campaigns and content series where possible.
Reporting
- Via Sked, track, analyse and report on key metrics and KPIs to ensure continuous improvement.
Trend Analysis & Insights
- Stay informed about emerging social media trends, platform updates, and industry developments to proactively suggest innovative content ideas and strategies.
Proficient in:
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, Figma (Premiere Pro or After Effects a plus)
- CapCut or DaVinci Resolve
