ABOUT IT'S ALL G PR
It’s All G PR is a boutique fashion and lifestyle communications agency working with some of Australia’s most exciting brands, including Henne, Effie Kats, Lana Wilkinson, Ena Pelly, Sasha Therese, Katherine Denton Jewellery and Sheet Society. We blend PR, influencer marketing, culture and events to create brand-defining moments with a distinct IAG tone. We’re looking for a Junior Publicist & Influencer Executive who is culturally plugged in, TikTok-native and trend-aware to join our fast-paced team. The role spans influencer and talent coordination, PR support and general team/admin support across our fashion and lifestyle clients.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Influencer & Talent
- Build and curate talent lists across TikTok + Instagram
- Identify emerging Gen Z creators
- Manage gifting, product send-outs and talent comms
- Request and distribute media kits
- Track content, gather insights and create post-campaign reports
Public Relations
- Light pitching to fashion, lifestyle and culture media
- Maintain media lists and track coverage
- Support across product placement and press office tasks
- Assist on PR accounts across fashion and lifestyle clients
Events & Creative
- Assist with event ideation and creative brainstorming
- Build guest lists and manage RSVPs
- Support production, logistics and on-ground coordination
Admin & Team Support
- Update trackers, schedules, influencer lists and documents
- Assist seniors with daily workflow and client tasks
WHO YOU ARE
- 1–2 years’ experience in PR, influencer marketing, fashion, media or a related field
- Deeply across the creator landscape - especially fashion/lifestyle TikTok, micro-influencers, emerging talent
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with warm client-facing energy
- Creative, solutions-led and proactive
- Ability to thrive in a fast, reactive, stylish agency environment
- Socially switched on - you know the vibe, the trends, the cool girls
- Loves a beautifully executed event
- Happy to jump in, help the team, and be part of something growing
