This is a new role, working across our existing CBD location and our new South Melbourne space, opening soon! It’s a fantastic opportunity to help shape our newest workspace and support the ongoing success of our Melbourne community.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Workspace Management:
- Support our CBD and new South Melbourne space
- Respond to sales enquiries, conduct tours and convert leads into memberships
- Problem-solve workspace issues
- Ensure the workspace is presented to a high standard
- Daily set up and pack down
- Instagram posting
Member Engagement & Vibe:
- Welcome members and visitors
- Be to “go to” person for members
- Engage with the community and develop member relations
- Build member relations and manage retention of members
- Plan and host WOTSO community events, such as weekly drinks and monthly member breakfasts
- Create and share member communications
- General admin tasks
Is This You?
- Previous experience in customer service, retail or hospitality management
- Professional and approachable demeanour
- Adaptable and proactive with a hands-on approach
- Strong communicator who enjoys engaging with all kinds of people
- Open to working across our Melbourne locations
