UNTMD Media is seeking a sharp, data-driven part-time Digital Marketing Account Manager (about 20 hours per week) to join our Melbourne team. This role is ideal for a performance marketer who loves client strategy as much as campaign execution - someone ready to take ownership of high-performing paid media accounts and help scale ambitious brands. This role will grow into a full-time position for the right person.
We’re an independent digital marketing and PR agency working across industries including FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, property, health and start-ups. Our work spans SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, email marketing, influencer strategy, and content creation - giving you exposure to the full digital growth ecosystem.
You’ll work directly with clients and our strategy and creative teams, driving performance, reporting insights, and building trusted relationships that deliver real results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (essential), and TikTok Ads Manager (preferred)
- Collaborate directly with clients, managing relationships and ensuring seamless communication and strategic alignment
- Partner with strategists and creatives to test, refine and scale winning campaigns
- Analyse and interpret performance data, identifying insights and opportunities for growth
- Build and maintain clear, data-driven reports and dashboards
- Execute growth strategies alongside the strategy team, implementing testing frameworks that move the needle
- Bring the energy - curiosity, initiative, and a growth mindset are key
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years’ experience managing paid social campaigns (Meta essential; TikTok and Google preferred)
- Deep understanding of campaign structure, optimisation, and creative testing
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver results
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Familiarity with reporting tools
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and driven to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
