UNTMD Media is seeking a motivated and detail-driven Marketing Intern to join our Melbourne team. This internship is ideal for a marketing or communications student eager to gain real-world experience in digital marketing, performance media, and brand strategy across a diverse client portfolio.
We’re an independent digital marketing and PR agency working across industries including FMCG, fashion, lifestyle, property, health, and start-ups. Our campaigns span SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, influencer strategy, and content creation, giving you exposure to the full digital marketing mix.
You’ll work directly with our marketing and account teams, supporting live campaigns and gaining hands-on experience in running, tracking and optimising digital activity. Please note: this is an unpaid internship, designed to provide valuable industry experience and can be credited towards relevant university requirements.
To be successful, you should:
- Be a current university student studying Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Have a basic understanding of digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail
- Be confident using Mac, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Be proactive, organised and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bring creativity, initiative and analytical thinking
What you’ll be doing:
- Assisting with SEO research, keyword optimisation and reporting
- Supporting Google Ads and Meta Ads setup, tracking, and performance reviews
- Helping plan, build and send email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp or Klaviyo
- Creating and scheduling social media content across multiple platforms
- Supporting with data reporting and analytics via Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
- Conducting competitor and trend research
- Providing general marketing and admin support to the team
Details:
- Based in Melbourne (hybrid: WFH + South Melbourne office)
- 3 days per week for 3 months
- Hours: 9am – 5.30pm
- Start 17th November for 3 months
- Internship can be accredited to university study requirements
