THE ROLE: TALENT PARTNERSHIPS & BOOKING COORDINATOR
This is the role for someone who lives and breathes talent, music, and pop culture. Reporting into our Talent Partnerships team, you’ll help bring talent-led campaigns and entertainment experiences to life — from artist bookings and brand activations, to live shows and talent travel.
You’ll have an eye for detail, a feel for what’s hot, and a knack for keeping things moving. You’ll love working in a fast-paced creative environment, and thrive when juggling competing priorities — always bringing energy, empathy, and problem-solving prowess.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Assist in pitching, briefing, and managing timelines for talent deliverables
● Coordinate bookings for talent across live events, brand campaigns, shoots and activations
● Liaise with talent managers, agents, and producers to lock in talent availability and logistics
● Manage travel, run sheets, talent gifting and hospitality — you make the chaos look easy
● Support the Talent team with campaign admin: term sheets, billing, tracking and timelines
● Be on the ground at shoots, live events, and activations to keep things running smoothly
● Collaborate with the content and design teams to support social updates and EDMs
● Bring creative ideas and pop culture intel to brainstorms, campaign planning, and client work
WHAT YOU BRING
● 1–2 years experience in talent coordination, event production, partnerships or a venue booking role.
● Next-level organisation and communication skills
● A passion for music, entertainment, and the power of talent to shape culture
● Confidence working with people (and personalities) at every level of the business
● A positive, proactive, can-do energy — you love jumping in to make things happen
