Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in performance marketing, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for driving client success.
You will play a crucial role in overseeing our performance marketing efforts, through end to end production.
Managing client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative assets for clients. Craft compelling performance marketing copy, including UGC scripts and ad content.
- Analyze and interpret performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with the talent team to ensure smooth project execution and high-quality outputs.
- Oversee the performance marketing team, providing guidance and support to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with campaign progress.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the agency, with opportunities to work on high-budget brand projects over time.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a deep understanding of Meta, Tiktok and Google ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent copywriting skills, particularly in creating effective ad content and UGC scripts.
- Experience in team leadership and project management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional client communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
