We’re searching for someone who thrives on both sides of PR: the buzz of landing coverage and the strategy behind the scenes - managing clients, shaping content, and driving integrated campaigns across PR, social, influencers and talent.
About the Role
As our next PR Account Manager, you’ll manage day-to-day client relationships and deliver standout campaigns across earned media, influencer and UGC programs, talent management, events and activations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Liaison
- Manage a portfolio of diverse clients, ensuring strategies are implemented and outcomes are met
- Act as a lead on campaigns
- Build strong relationships with clients, media, influencers and talent
- Present campaign reports, coverage results and strategic insights to clients
Media, Influencer & Talent Engagement
- Develop and pitch stories that generate strong media coverage
- Manage influencer partnerships and UGC creators
- Oversee talent and ambassador activity, from contracts to activations
- Lead and support events, brand activations and social-first moments
Reporting & Growth
- Track campaign performance with clear insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and support new business pitches
What You’ll Bring
- 3–4 years’ PR experience (agency preferred)
- Proven media relationships and coverage results
- Strong influencer and talent management experience
- Experience in events and activations
- Confidence in being client facing and mentoring junior staff
- Skilled across PR, social, content and influencer engagement
- Organised, collaborative and calm under pressure
