The David Roy Williams Entertainment was established by Shock Records founder, David Williams. DRWEntertainment comprises of different entertainment enterprises including Concert Promotions, Musiclabels, Merchandise Management, Professional Services, Music publishing, and Artist Services.
JOB TITLE: Concerts Operations Coordinator
JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: West Melbourne (MUST BE BASED IN MELBOURNE)
This role reaches across many areas of DRW Entertainment.
* Please note due to the nature of this role and the industry, the role may require flexibility at times; including night or weekend work and sometimes travel.
Venue / Ticketing Coordination:
- Assist in developing tour routing plans and ensure accurate venue availabilities
- Oversee and communicate venue availability and scheduling for tours and events
- Generate and distribute weekly ticket sales reports for internal use
- Liaising with ticketing companies and venues on ticket builds and seating maps
Marketing Coordination:
- Assisting in the implementation of individual tour marketing plans
- Scheduling announce/on-sale and ongoing marketing support across all social media platforms and email databases
- Creating and implementing social media plans for all DRW Entertainment businesses and their relative social media pages, keeping social media active and engaging
Entertainment Visa Coordination:
- Ensures that all Entertainment Visas are commenced, processed and finalised within a timely manner
- Liaising with Managers/Agents/Relevant Unions to obtain all relevant required documentation
- Collecting and managing all documents to be submitted to Immigration.
- Liaising with Immigration to receive approved visa documents before tour party arrival.
Administration:
- Providing additional support to other departments as and when required.
- Monitoring the company website and social media channels and updating information where necessary.
- Communication: Handling emails, phone calls and messages across social media platforms
- Assisting with ongoing workplace databases, documentation and document management; storingall physical and digital files appropriately
ABOUT YOU:
- You will have a minimum of 2 years of experience within a similar role, preferably within the musicindustry
- Proficient with technologies such as Microsoft Office Suites, Excel, Mailchimp,Shopify etc
- You will be highly organised; with strong time management skills, calendar management, taskprioritisation
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- You will have a demonstrated ability of confidentiality and privacy when dealing with sensitiveinformation
- Be able to demonstrate excellent planning, organisation, execution and communication skills.
- Have problem-solving skills, think outside of the box and get excited about end-to-end projectdelivery
- You are goal-oriented, action focused with an ability to manage multiple conflictingpriorities and work to deadlines.
- You will have worked within fast-paced, deadline-driven projects and work to a high standard andcan produce a high level of results
