We’re currently seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our flagship store on Gertrude Street, Fitzroy.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive store performance, achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead, manage, and inspire the store team through ongoing coaching, training, and development.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, fostering genuine, lasting relationships with our clientele.
- Oversee all aspects of stock management including inventory control, replenishment, stock transfers, and reporting.
- Ensure exceptional visual merchandising standards, maintaining immaculate store presentation at all times.
- Collaborate closely with head office, providing key sales data, customer insights, and market feedback.
- Assist with e-commerce order fulfilment and online customer enquiries as required.
- Handle operational duties including rostering, payroll management, store reporting, and maintaining store processes and policies.
About You
- Proven retail management experience, ideally in premium fashion or boutique retail.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs in a customer-focused retail environment.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a genuine passion for developing and motivating your team.
- A keen eye for styling, an interest in fashion trends, and enthusiasm for building authentic customer relationships.
- Highly organised with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic retail environment.
- Experienced with stock control systems and familiarity with e-commerce operations (Shopify experience advantageous but not essential).
