Creative Projects, Brand Activation, & Pitch Coordinator
Part-time | 2–3 days per week | St Kilda / hybrid | Creative agency
Loco Group is looking for a smart, creative and highly organised person to support our team across pitches, concepts, campaigns and client projects.
This is a part-time role, likely 2–3 days per week to start, with the potential for more depending on the right person and the needs of the business. We are based in St Kilda and work in a hands-on, collaborative way, so we are looking for someone who can spend time in the office with the team, particularly while getting started.
This role would suit someone who has experience in creative agencies, brand activations, events, partnerships, marketing or campaign delivery — and who wants to build broader experience inside a small, fast-moving agency.
About the role
This role is designed to support the creative and account team across new business, campaign ideation and live project delivery.
You will work closely with the business owner, account manager and head designer to help develop ideas, shape pitch responses, build out concepts and support the delivery of client-facing work.
It is not a traditional producer role, and it is not a pure account management role. It sits in the middle — creative, organised, collaborative and practical.
You will need to be comfortable jumping between ideas, budgets, decks, client notes, campaign planning and internal team support. In a small agency, everyone wears a few hats, so the right person will enjoy variety and momentum.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development of new pitch responses and creative proposals
- Contribute ideas for brand activations, events, campaigns and live experiences
- Help turn early ideas into clear, pitchable concepts
- Work with the head designer to brief in creative requirements and support deck development
- Research trends, references, suppliers, formats and inspiration for new concepts
- Support project budgets and help ensure ideas are realistic and deliverable
- Assist with campaign planning, timelines and internal task tracking
- Provide support to the account manager across WIPs, client meetings and follow-ups
- Attend meetings and contribute to campaign thinking where required
- Help prepare client-facing documents, presentations and written responses
- Support the development of new Loco ideas, products or services that may be taken to market
- Bring energy, perspective and fresh thinking into the agency
About you
You are creative, switched-on and organised. You like ideas, but you also understand that great ideas need to be practical, budget-aware and clear enough for clients to understand.
You might come from an agency, events, brand activation, design, marketing, partnerships or production background. You may be a mid-level account person who wants to be closer to the creative, or a creative thinker who is strong at organising and pulling work together.
You do not need to be the most senior person in the room. We are looking for someone collaborative, curious and capable — someone who can bring experience, but also wants to keep learning and growing.
Skills and experience
- Experience in a creative agency, marketing, events, brand activation, partnerships or campaign environment
- Proven ability to contribute to concepts, campaigns or pitch ideas
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working on presentations, proposals and client-facing documents
- Good understanding of budgets, timelines and practical delivery considerations
- Ability to work collaboratively with designers, account managers and senior leaders
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Confident researching, referencing and building out ideas
- Comfortable in a small business environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Able to work from our St Kilda office as required
Highly regarded
- Design skills or confidence using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
- Experience working on experiential campaigns, activations or events
- Experience supporting WIPs, client meetings or account management tasks
- Supplier knowledge across print, build, merchandise, staffing, venues or production
- Strong presentation writing or pitch deck experience
- Interest in developing new products, services or creative formats for market
Days and location
This role is expected to be approximately 2–3 days per week, with the potential to grow depending on the successful applicant and the needs of the agency.
