My Sport Live is expanding its Football Bunker team and is looking for an additional Live Broadcast Operations Coordinator for the upcoming season.
Working alongside our existing operations team, this weekend-based role plays a key part in overseeing multiple live streamed games across several competitions. You will assist in monitoring broadcasts in real time, supporting camera operators in the field, managing uploads and content delivery, and helping ensure all streams and platforms are running accurately and efficiently.
This role sits at the centre of our live broadcast operations and requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple live environments at once.
The Role
As part of the Football Bunker team, you will help coordinate and monitor live broadcasts across the weekend, ensuring all streams are live, functioning correctly, recorded, uploaded, and delivered to clients.
You will also support communication between crew, clients, and internal systems, while maintaining accurate tracking and website updates throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities
• Monitoring all live streams (audio, vision and graphics) in real time
• Communicating with camera operators and producers to resolve issues during broadcasts
• Managing the bunker hotline for crew and client support
• Updating tracking dashboards and maintaining accurate records across the day
• Monitoring uploads from camera operators and following up on missing or delayed files
• Uploading, organising and checking content across platforms
• Creating and updating website pages, embeds and match content
• Updating website tiles and ensuring accuracy of fixtures and competitions
• Troubleshooting streaming, connectivity and production issues in real time
• Ensuring all streams start, run and finish correctly
• Creating a weekend summary report outlining performance, issues and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
• Experience in live streaming, broadcast production or sports media (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
• Excellent problem solving skills in a live environment
• Clear and efficient written communication (fast and accurate messaging)
• Ability to manage multiple games and workflows simultaneously
• Calm under pressure with a proactive approach to resolving issues
Technical Familiarity (preferred)
• Excel (tracking and dashboards)

• Basic website CMS
Work Details
• Saturday: 9:00am – 9:00pm
• Sunday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Weekly across the football season (June – October)
• Additional work may be available during finals or peak periods
