We create property content that stops the scroll. At Rize Agency, we produce high-end video for some of Australia's most prestigious real estate, commercial, and industrial properties — and we're looking for a Video Editor who can match our ambition.

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a mid-level editor who thrives on variety, takes pride in their craft, and wants to work on content that genuinely looks exceptional.

**What You'll Be Doing**

- Editing premium property brand films and corporate videos for high-end real estate clients

- Cutting social media content optimised for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube

- Shaping long-form documentary-style productions that tell compelling property and brand stories

- Managing your own projects end-to-end, from rough cut to final delivery

- Collaborating with our creative team to push the quality of every edit

- Colour grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics as required

**What We're Looking For**

- 3–5 years of professional video editing experience

- A portfolio that demonstrates range, precision, and a strong visual eye

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve

- After Effects / motion graphics skills are a strong advantage

- An instinct for storytelling, pacing, and what makes luxury content feel premium

- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver to deadline without hand-holding
