As the Social Media Manager at Untitled Group, you're an expert in crafting engaging social media campaigns that capture the essence of live music and festival culture. You thrive in a creative environment and are driven by the challenge of growing a brand's digital presence. With at least three years of experience in social media management, you bring a strategic mindset and a keen eye for visually appealing content. You’ll work with a dynamic team to elevate Untitled’s festivals across platforms, building meaningful relationships with fans, influencers, and industry partners.

Untitled Group is Australia’s largest independent music and events company, and the team behind festivals including Beyond The Valley, Wildlands, Ability Fest, and Pitch Music & Arts. Beyond our flagship festivals, we also work across artist touring, artist management and operate a booking agency.

HERE’S WHERE YOU’LL BE SPENDING YOUR TIME:
- Developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Crafting engaging and visually captivating content for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Collaborating with internal teams to create content that reflects the energy and vibe of our festivals.
- Analysing social media performance and optimising strategies based on data insights.
- Managing the social media content calendar to ensure a cohesive brand narrative across all campaigns.
- Leading the development and implementation of social media campaigns, from pre-event teasers to real-time event engagement.
- Building and nurturing relationships with fans, influencers, and partners, fostering a sense of community around our festivals.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- At least 3 years’ experience in social media management, with a focus on festivals or entertainment.
- Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms. Experience with video editing tools (e.g., PremierPro, CapCut, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking with excellent content creation skills.
- Excellent project management abilities and a collaborative nature.
- A deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive and forward-thinking mindset, always ready to innovate and improve social media engagement.
