Additional Info
Work Environment
- We work in a Warehouse Coworking environment, this means that some areas are temperature controlled, and some are not. Our members are not all experienced at working in a warehouse and therefore extra precautions should be taken when using equipment around site to move heavy loads. CLIK Collective is a dynamic workplace and you will often have a varied day with a wide range of requests and tasks both physical and sedentary.
Physical Demands
- Prior to employment we will send you for a physical assessment to understand your ability to handle small loads such as parcels day to day. You should be fit enough to lift a 30kg box from floor to waist level, using safe handling practices.
Position Training
- We provide fire safety, first aid, and CPR training and relevant refresher courses. With online platforms that we use, we will provide training in-house, or for widely used online platforms we will provide you time to complete online tutorials so you’re familiar with the tools you’ll be using.
Professional Development
- We will suggest courses and training to grow your skills over time. If you have any suggestions for courses or require time off or a flexible schedule for study speak with your direct report and we will do our best to accommodate those options.
