ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Melbourne-based creative team. This role sits at the intersection of brand and marketing, requiring a designer who can move between concept and execution, with a clear understanding of how creative translates across channels and performs in market.
Working closely with the Creative and Marketing team, you will play a key role in shaping how KYHA is expressed across every touchpoint. From campaign launches and events, paid media to retail, print and packaging.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the ideation and creative development of campaigns, launches and events from concept through to execution
- Bring campaigns to life across all digital channels, including eDM, social, eCommerce and paid media across Meta, and Pinterest
- Maintain and uphold the KYHA visual identity across every output, acting as a consistent brand guardian
- Translate creative direction into cohesive, on-brand assets across digital and physical environments
- Own and deliver all print and physical touchpoints, including lookbooks, line sheets, packaging, in-store signage, wholesale materials and brand collateral
- Prepare artwork for production across print and digital, ensuring technical accuracy and attention to detail
- Support on-set creative and campaign execution where required
- Manage multiple projects, timelines and priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to mood boards, presentations and creative workshops for upcoming campaigns and initiatives
- Stay attuned to industry, cultural and design trends, ensuring outputs remain current, considered and relevant
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- 3 years experience in a graphic design, brand or marketing-focused role, ideally within fashion
- Strong understanding of campaign thinking and marketing, beyond design execution
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Experience designing across digital, social, paid media and print
- A refined eye for typography, layout, composition and visual storytelling
- High attention to detail with a strong sense of brand and consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
