Who are we looking for?
As a Performance Manager, you’ll take the lead across the full campaign lifecycle; from setting clear direction to delivering best-in-class execution. You’ll guide your team with clarity, collaborate with channel specialists, and ensure clients feel confident every step of the way.
You’ll play a key role in shaping the strategic direction of projects, backed by a deep understanding of client needs and performance data.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Leading campaign planning, implementation, and optimisation working across all digital channels
- Providing clear updates and recommendations to ensure alignment and trust with clients
- Working closely with internal teams to drive consistent, high-quality campaign delivery
- Spotting opportunities to evolve Search strategies, improve performance, and add value
- Mentoring junior team members and contributing to a culture of continuous improvement
You’re a data driven strategic thinker with 2+ years’ experience in a Performance or Activation role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, build and nurture strong client relationships with ease, and are always looking for ways to raise the bar.
