Foundr is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented PR Talent & Partnerships Coordinator to support our Talent, Marketing, PR, and Partnerships functions across the Foundr Podcast, Foundr+ community, virtual events, and brand collaborations.
This is a hybrid role is ideal for a junior–mid-level marketer or PR professional who loves taking initiative, thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, and wants exposure to world-class founders, and creators.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Talent Booking & Guest Coordination
- Coordinate and manage guest bookings for the Foundr Podcast, including outreach, scheduling, communication, and logistics.
- Research and identify high-quality founders, creators, and industry experts aligned with our content strategy.
- Support weekly Foundr+ community live events by securing speakers and managing all guest comms.
- Partnerships Support
- Assist with outreach to potential collaborators and brand partners.
- Support execution of partnership deliverables, follow-ups, and tracking.
- Coordinate magazine cover features, asset gathering, and editorial scheduling.
PR & Communications
- Assist with PR outreach, building media lists, and supporting pitching activity.
- Contribute to short-form copywriting across email, landing pages, social, and event messaging.
Virtual Events & Project Coordination
- Support planning and execution of virtual events, workshops, and summits.
- Help prepare run sheets, guest documentation, and event-related assets.
Your Experience
- 1–3 years experience in marketing, partnerships, PR, communications, or a related field.
- A confident and professional communicator across email, DMs, phone, and video.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once.
- A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through.
- Familiar with digital marketing, ecommerce, or the creator landscape
- Comfortable writing short-form copy and supporting content planning.
- PR, media, influencer marketing, or agency experience preferred but not required
- Familiarity with ecommerce brands, online education, or startup ecosystems.
- Previous exposure to podcast production or talent management preferred but not required
