The Sales & Business Development team are key to maintaining strong and connected client relationships and play a critical role in the retention & growth of the Ticketmaster business
THE JOB
As a Junior Designer, you will assist the Bids and Sales Operations Manager in creating high-quality, visually appealing proposals, presentations, and sales decks. You will work closely with the Marketing team to ensure that all design materials align with the Ticketmaster brand, helping to present our services in the best possible light to prospective clients.
Contract Terms: 3 months – Full Time - Fixed Term Contract
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Assist in the creation of engaging sales presentations, proposal documents, and other marketing materials for new and existing client tenders.
Work with the Bids and Sales Operations Manager to design visually appealing, branded materials that enhance the messaging of Ticketmaster’s products and services.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to ensure consistent brand identity and design across all proposal and presentation materials.
Support in the development of creative assets for pitch decks, including infographics, charts, and images to visually communicate key points.
Maintain and update design templates for proposals and presentations, ensuring they are consistent and up to date.
Provide design support in coordinating and producing various documents related to bids and proposals.
Help with the layout and formatting of proposal documents to ensure clarity, readability, and a professional finish.
Assist in the creation of visual elements for internal and external communications related to bids and sales operations.
Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to generate new ideas and approaches for presenting tender proposals.
Organize and maintain design assets and files, ensuring they are easily accessible for the team.
To adhere to quality management, safety and environmental company policies
Able to travel to the office
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
Must-Have Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat,
Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout.
Attention to detail, with the ability to follow design briefs while offering creative solutions.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of digital design trends and best practices.
Must be able to travel to the office.
Preferred Technical Skills:
Experience with Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Adobe
Premiere Pro (or similar video editing software).
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Online.
Other Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual
Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous internship or project experience in a design-related role is a plus but not required.

Collaboration: Comfortable working in a team environment, collaborating with various departments (Marketing, Sales, etc.) to achieve the best possible outcome.
Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
