A little bit about our team:
At Warner Music Group, our E-Commerce and Digital team is dedicated to driving our online retail operations, ensuring that everything from product setup to customer service runs smoothly. You’ll work closely with internal teams, including Operations, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring that our e-commerce environment remains efficient, customer-centric, and aligned with our broader digital strategies.
Your role:
As the E-Commerce Operations Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of keeping our online store running seamlessly. From setting up products, managing stock, and liaising with suppliers, to handling reporting and customer inquiries, this role requires an eye for detail and a passion for e-commerce. You'll make sure our website is up-to-date and that all sales processes run like clockwork, ensuring a great experience for both customers and our internal teams. It's an exciting opportunity to be involved in both the ground level operational aspects of e-commerce at one of the world's leading music companies.
Here you’ll get to:
- You will manage product setups and maintain product data to ensure accurate listings on our store.
- You will handle inventory tracking and liaise with suppliers to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- You will update the e-commerce schedule and release sheets, keeping everyone in the loop.
- You will handle sales reporting and track performance across multiple platforms.
- You will manage orders with international partners and ensure timely deliveries to meet release dates.
- You will process invoice and quote administration and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- You will support the coordination of digital campaigns and store promotions.
- You will monitor and respond to customer complaints and inquiries promptly.

We’d love it if you also had
- You have experience working with label copy and are comfortable managing product data.
