The Community You Will Join
- As we enter the scale-up phase of our agency journey, we’re seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious Social Media Manager who is not afraid to jump into the deep end. Someone who’s ready to get stuck in and steer social content & channel ideas for our clients.

The Difference You Will Make
- You’ll be spearheading the social accounts of our clients on content, with brainstorming, ideating, planning, shooting, and generating responsive tactics.
- From memes to CapCut edits and transitions, you’ll be a natural thumb-stopper.
- Deep diving rabbit hole expert picking out cultural trends and generating content ideas.
- Spark conversations and build trust with your colleagues and clients, selling an idea is one thing but being able to story-tell and bring people together is vital.

Key Responsibilities
- Content planning: Responding to client briefs to develop new exciting design concepts, and help shape the creative direction and process.
- Setting and implementing channel strategy, understanding nuisance and content that resonates between different social channels.

- Being data-driven: Setting clear goals and KPIs based on the defined strategy.
- Not just a modern-day Shakespeare with captions, you’ll define the tone of voice and captions that align with brand values and consumers.
- Create a cohesive plan for content scheduling and publishing, with channel-first strategies.
- Liaise with other creatives across the team to generate wider campaign content, assets, and deliverables that sit across different marketing channels but still speak social.
Your Expertise
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience within the social media world, working either client-side or within a creative/ digital agency.
- Showcase your skills and knowledge within the Australian market, through social media trends and cultural references.
- Understand the social landscape, and convert cultural trends into strategies and tactics to replicate for clients.
- You speak the social language, whether it's trend jacking, being demure, or simply slaying, you get it.
- You will be a native with social content, mobile editing and photo apps, you can work on the fly and be able to produce, edit and post in real time.
