About the Role
This role is ideal for someone with an operations background who loves problem solving whilst learning and managing a broad spectrum of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
· E-commerce: Helping to manage the back end of Shopify by new product creation and uploading, pre order management, SKU management
· Production and development: Coordinate and manage the lifecycle of product from initial development to Ex Factory including sample management, costing, raising, tracking and chasing PO’s, maintaining a strong relationship with suppliers, shipper approvals and ensuring records are up to date
· Logistics and 3PL: Tracking freight movement and ensuring the 3PL system is up to date to ensure smooth transition into warehouse. Problem solving and resolving 3PL issues
· CP: Coordinate the team to adhere to the critical path
· Ad hoc: Helping other areas and team members of the business when required. We are one team, and we support each other
