The Role
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing & Client Success Manager: Events & Festivals, someone who is confident managing client relationships and hands-on in building and optimising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
You’ll be the person our clients trust day-to-day: running their campaigns, explaining results, and spotting opportunities to improve performance. This role is ideal for a campaign manager who loves getting into Ads Manager, but also enjoys the client-facing side of agency life.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management (hands-on)
- Plan, build, and optimise campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Manage budgets, audiences, and creative variations to maximise ROI
- Track and report on campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio
- Test new platforms, ad types, and strategies to keep campaigns fresh
Client Management
- Be the day-to-day point of contact for clients, attending meetings and sharing updates
- Prepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups to keep communication clear and proactive
- Present campaign results with insights and recommendations, not just numbers
- Build trust and maintain strong relationships that drive renewals and referrals
Creative & Strategy Support
- Brief designers and copywriters on campaign creative needs
- Provide feedback to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals
- Contribute ideas for content, offers, and new marketing angles
Project & Workflow Management
- Use existing systems flow (Attio, Asana, Slack, Google drive) to manage tasks, deadlines, and priorities
- Keep projects moving smoothly and ensure the team stays aligned
- Help improve processes for campaign delivery and reporting
What Success Looks Like
- Campaigns consistently hit performance benchmarks
- Clients are engaged, well-informed, and renewing contracts
- Clear reporting with insights that drive decisions
- A steady flow of referrals or growth within existing accounts
Who You Are
- 2–4 years experience running digital campaigns (agency background ideal)
- Proficient in Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok/LinkedIn experience a plus)
- Strong communicator who can explain campaign performance simply and clearly
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple clients/projects
- Enjoys both the creative side of marketing and the data-driven optimisation side
