OVERVIEW
We’re looking for a creative and organised Content Manager to support OURNESS artist campaigns across content, digital, and socials. This is a cross functional role working closely with our Digital Manager and Creative Director to bring campaign visuals to life - from briefing creators and coordinating shoots to managing asset delivery and optimising content for social platforms.
You will be deeply embedded in digital culture, passionate about music and storytelling, have an understanding of trends and what engages fans online, alongside being comfortable juggling deadlines.
The Content Manager reports directly to the General Manager and works closely with the Digital & Creative team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production & Management
- Support the planning and execution of content across campaigns (videos, artwork, tour visuals, social assets)
- Brief and manage content creators, designers, and video editors
- Track production timelines and coordinate delivery of final assets across internal and external teams
- Ensure visuals are aligned with artist brand and rollout goals alongside Co-Founder and Creative Director
Social Media & Digital Support
- Work with the Digital Manager to ensure content is optimised for Tik Tok, Instagram, YouTube and emerging platforms
- Assist in building content calendars and aligning assets to key campaign milestones
- Help maintain up-to-date content libraries and assets for DSPs, artist sites and press
Creators / Influencers
- Research and recommend different creators, online trends and suggest content ideas that will align with each artist identity
- Monitor platform trends and support with new creative ideas for each campaign
- Support influencer and creator outreach as needed
Administrative & Reporting Support
- Help manage production schedules and content tracking sheets
- Support with basic edits where needed using CapCut, Canva or Adobe
- Assist with platform updates and performance tracking alongside the Digital Manger
Ideal Candidate
- You have 2-4 years of experience within content production, digital marketing, or social media (preferably within the music industry)
- You’re highly organised and good with deadlines
- You live and breathe internet culture
- You’re comfortable working with creators
- You love music, and have a great creative eye
Desirable
- Experience with basic video editing
- Familiarity with influencer marketing
- Experience working in a label or artist management company
