Ark Swimwear is a globally recognised swimwear brand - worn by Kim Kardashian, Miley Cyrus, Emily Ratajkowski and many Victoria Secret's Angels. We’ve built one of the world’s most premium swimwear labels with a cult global following - without discounts, gimmicks, or trend-chasing. Everything we do is designed to last, from the fits, to the fabric, to the creative. And we’re looking for someone who’s ready to take the creative lead and carry us into what’s next.
This isn’t a creative director title with no teeth. This is full ownership of the brand’s visual output; and we’re serious about impact.
What You’ll Actually Do
You’ll be the sole in-house creative lead - hands-on with every asset that leaves the building. From thumb-stopping Meta ads to our website’s first impression, you’ll concept, design, test, and refine what the world sees from Ark.
You’ll know when to roll up your sleeves and when to brief a retoucher or videographer. You’ll be trusted to make the call. You’ll also have support from our eCom/Marketing Exec for routine tasks like resizing and uploading - but you’re accountable for every final asset.
You'll bring us into the AI era, where there are almost no limits to creativity and concept design. This is our opportunity to level up how our brand shows up.

You’ll:
- Edit video for Meta ads with strong pacing and music selection
- Stretch static assets into multi-platform content
- Add text overlays and branding that actually convert
- Test creative, track performance, and iterate on what works
- Brief and direct shoots for high-performing content
- Design print assets (inserts, packaging, billboards)
- Own the DAM (Brandfolder) and retouching pipeline
- Pitch new creative assets with budget logic and business case
- Use AI tools to extend creative capabilities
- Uphold Ark’s premium brand standard across every visual touchpoint
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who thinks commercially and creatively. Someone with strong taste, fast execution, and a love of performance data.
You have:
- 4-6+ years of creative experience (performance-led and high-quality output)
- Meta ad experience — you’ve built and tested what actually works
- Skills across Adobe CC, CapCut, Canva, Figma
- Confidence editing video, building variants, and working with UGC
- Print experience (billboards, packaging, inserts)
- A sharp eye for premium fashion and minimalist visual design
- AI literacy - ChatGPT, Runway, Midjourney etc. already in your toolkit
- A calm, solutions-first approach in lean, fast-moving teams
