At Nine, our Talent Acquisition team is leading the way in shaping the future of media, and we want YOU to be part of it!
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll keep our recruitment engine running by setting up roles, coordinating campaigns, scheduling interviews, and managing job postings, just to name a few! You’ll also manage reporting, system updates, and pre-employment checks to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Day to day you will:
- Oversee the job requisition approval process, ensuring accurate data entry, follow-ups, and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Coordinate interviews, phone screens, and assessments, while maintaining accurate records in the ATS.
- Post job openings on job boards and social media, and assist with background checks and reference verifications.
- Support Talent Acquisition Partners with recruitment campaigns, hiring leader training, and other key initiatives.
- Prepare recruitment reports, audit pre-employment checks, and manage Hiring Leader and Candidate satisfaction surveys.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand priorities, contribute to talent strategies, and identify process improvements.
- Troubleshoot recruitment system issues (SmartRecruiters & ServiceNow) and ensure smooth system operation.
- Manage recruitment roles from start to finish, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to onboarding.
Qualifications
What we would like to see:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that help build strong relationships across teams.
- Stellar organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- High proficiency in Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides) with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong reporting capabilities, translating data into actionable insights.
- A solid understanding of job boards and social media platforms to attract top talent.
- A curious mind, with either basic knowledge or a desire to learn the best recruitment practices.
- Impeccable attention to detail and a passion for getting it right the first time.
- A collaborative team player who can also work independently when needed.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
- Ability to handle highly sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- A positive, energetic attitude with a genuine enthusiasm for professional growth and development.
