Job Description
We're looking for a creative storyteller to help shape how we bring our employer brand to life. In this newly created role within the Employer Brand /Employee Experience team, you'll play a key part in crafting compelling content that engages talent and supports our employer brand strategy. Reporting to the Employer Brand and Experience Lead, you'll have the freedom to experiment, see your ideas come to life, and make a real impact.
You may not be an employer branding expert but you’ll have strong experience in creating content and capturing stories. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, and gain hands-on experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Day to day you will:
- Interview our amazing Nine employees to uncover real, authentic stories that bring our employer brand to life.
- Create engaging content for a variety of internal and external channels including Nine’s careers site, insights articles, job platforms, social media and internal communications.
- Maintain and update Nine’s careers website to ensure content is fresh and relevant.
- Assist with the planning and execution of the Employer Brand Content plan.
- Support recruitment marketing efforts, such as LinkedIn campaigns.
- Prepare reporting and recommendations from various data sources (e.g. careers site, LinkedIn, job ad performance)
- Support the development and delivery of our employee advocacy program and other key initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
You’ll be a natural storyteller with a curious mindset, always seeking out great stories and bringing them to life. With a keen interest in employer branding, you’ll have the drive to learn, grow, and expand your skills in this space.
What we would like to see:
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills
- A creative thinker with a passion for experimenting and generating new content ideas
- Experience in planning and developing social media content
- Proficiency in at least one major social media platform (LinkedIn preferred)
- Strong active listening skills to uncover compelling stories
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Proactive mindset with a high level of initiative
- Experience updating content on websites (desirable)
