Job Description
As a Sales Executive at Nine, you’ll be at the forefront of delivering innovative and market-leading solutions, ensuring exceptional service and results for your designated agency and client portfolio. You’ll build strong internal relationships while consistently nurturing key connections with agencies and clients across all relevant functions within BVOD (Broadcast Video on Demand).
You’ll be part of a dynamic, fast-paced, and high-performing digital sales team that thrives on pushing boundaries and leading the way in the media industry.
Day to day you will:
- Developing the revenue generated from the clients within your assigned patch through brief responses, proactive opportunities and analysis.
- Identifying success of campaigns through cross selling/up-selling opportunities
- Monitor delivery and proactively act on performance and progress against client goals
- Working with the Account Executive to generate, analyse and deliver ad hoc, end of campaign and quarterly delivery reports
- Meeting deadlines and quality measures in relation to preparing proposals and presentations for campaign briefs and meetings
- Ability to represent the Nine brand out in market
- Other duties as reasonably required
Qualifications
You will be a solid team player, who shows commitment to the team's purpose and effectively contributes and shares skills/knowledge with others. You’ll have an ability to absorb information and act accordingly.
You will be proactive in discussing solutions and raising ideas for improvement in a positive and professional way, allowing you to build strong relationships.
What we would like to see on your resume:
- Demonstrated success at leveraging your networks of contacts within the media industry, showing the ability to be flexible when these change
- Able to relate how you have performed against sales targets and negotiated successful outcomes for both clients and your business with a win/win approach
- Previous 3 years media sales experience is essential
- Programmatic Media skills (not essential)
- Understanding of the Data Landscape (not essential)
- Exposure to Broadcast and other Media (not essential)
