As our Melbourne CBD and South Melbourne spaces grow, we’re excited to bring a new team member onboard to support both locations. This is a hands-on role that ensures the space is welcoming, events run smoothly, and members receive the high level of service WOTSO is known for. It can be a great transition from retail and hospitality if you enjoy working with people but are looking for the next step in your career. 🌟
Key Responsibilities
Front of house & member experience
- Greet all members and guests with a warm, professional attitude
- Support members with general enquiries
- Assist Space Leader with member tours
- Assist with the coordination of community events held in our spaces
- Manage meeting room bookings
- Jump in with errands of extra tasks when needed
Space Presentation & Admin
- Onboard new members and help them feel at home from day one
- Daily set up of the space
- Manage stock levels, consumables and site ordering
- Contribute to local Instagram posting
- Create graphics on Canva
- Restock kitchen and communal areas and keep the coffee flowing
About You
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, reception or customer service is ideal (we’ll teach you the rest)
- Professional, approachable and confident talking with a wide range of people Happy to be on your feet and move around the space throughout the day
- Eager to learn, adaptable and proactive
- Open to working across our spaces in Victoria
