Calani is growing and we’re looking for a creative, fashion-obsessed Social Media Manager to help us shape the next phase of our brand.

Location: Hybrid (must be Melbourne-based)
Commitment: 1–2 days per week (with room to grow as we scale)
You’ll be the creative force behind our content,helping shape the visual identity and energy of Calani across social platforms.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing and refining content strategy
- Scheduling and planning content across platforms
- Shooting & editing beautiful short-form content
- Living on TikTok & Instagram Reels
- Capturing golden moments that feel aspirational but authentic
- Working closely with creators to brief and secure the content we need
- Being comfortable in front of the camera & filming content when needed
You’re Perfect For This If You:
- Have a strong eye for fashion, aesthetics & storytelling
- Understand trends on social platforms
- Love short-form video and know how to make it feel effortless
- Are organised and proactive
- Aren’t afraid to jump in front of the camera
