This role is responsible for end-to-end management of client social channels, focusing on strategy, client satisfaction, and administrative oversight, ensuring UGC campaigns meet and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for your assigned clients, maintaining clear, timely and professional communication.
- Lead regular Work-In-Progress (WIP) meetings, preparing agendas in advance and providing campaign updates, insights and recommendations.
- Take briefs directly from clients and translate them into actionable production plans and content strategies.
- Provide strategic input and creative ideas to support brand goals across social media and content.
- Manage client expectations around timelines, deliverables and budgets, and proactively flag any challenges or delays6.
Campaign & Influencer Management
- Oversee end-to-end UGC campaigns, including briefing and managing the SHA talent team and contractors.
- Oversee end-to-end management of influencer-led campaigns, from outreach and negotiation to briefing, tracking and reporting.
- Build relationships with creators, negotiate deliverables and fees, and ensure timely delivery of assets.
- Oversee campaign budgets and negotiate set rates with partner creators on behalf of SHA.
Workflow & Administration
- Own the process from brief to delivery, managing calendars and coordinating talent, content creators, and internal contributors.
- Maintain a detailed database of approved UGC creators, including agreed set rates, availability, and past performance.
- Ensure all creator contracts and usage agreements are signed and stored.
- Coordinate approvals and ensure rounds of feedback are managed efficiently to avoid delays.
Reporting & Performance
- Monitor performance and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
- Deliver wrap reports and performance recaps, showcasing results and insights for future planning.
To be successful in this role, you should:
- Have 1-2 years social media/marketing/communications experience in-house or within an agency.
