Brand Marketing Manager (Start-Up)

Lova Holdings (Australia) Pty Ltd is launching a new women’s wellness brand created to support women through perimenopause, menopause, and the emotional and physical transitions of midlife.
This brand is built on lived experience.

As we prepare for our May 2026 launch, we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help bring our exciting new start-up brand to life in the world, thoughtfully, intentionally, and without burnout.
About the role
This is a part-time, hybrid role, ideal for an experienced marketing manager who is returning to work, re-balancing life and family, or simply no longer interested in the full-time grind.
You will be responsible for co-developing, executing and coordinating our go-to-market plans, ensuring that the brand vision and storytelling are translated into consistent, high-quality marketing across all channels.
This role is about excellent execution, calm coordination, and thoughtful delivery
What you’ll be doing
Go-to-Market Execution
● Own and manage the marketing execution plan for launch (Feb–May 2026)
● Coordinate delivery across PR, web, social, email, paid, and launch activity
● Keep timelines, dependencies, and teams moving smoothly
Brand Consistency
● Execute within approved brand voice, tone, and messaging frameworks
● Ensure consistency across all consumer touchpoints
● Flag misalignment early for internal review
Agency & Partner Management
● Act as day-to-day contact for PR, design, copy, and development partners
● Brief clearly using brand approved messaging
● Keep work aligned to brand intent and launch priorities
Campaign & Channel Coordination
● Develop and oversee launch campaigns across owned and earned channels
● Coordinate content calendars and campaign rollouts
● Track performance and share insights with the internal Team
This role would suit you if you…
● Have 5–10+ years’ experience in brand marketing or DTC launch roles
● Have worked on a DTC launch (this is essential)
● Enjoy execution, coordination, and making things land well
● Are comfortable working within clear creative direction
● Want meaningful work without sacrificing your health, family, or life
● Are calm, organised, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent

● Reports to: CEO, with close collaboration with Co-Founder / Creative Director
