We are excited to open a second boutique in the heart of Paddington and are seeking a dedicated, polished, and passionate Store Manager to lead this new chapter.
About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will be the face of the LULU ZAGAME brand in Sydney. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store’s operations while delivering an exceptional customer experience that reflects the luxury values of the brand. This is a rare opportunity to help shape and lead a new retail destination from the ground up.
This is more than just a retail role—it’s an opportunity to take ownership of a beautiful new store and become an ambassador for a growing Australian luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the boutique independently, taking full responsibility for daily operations and customer experience
- Provide personalised, high-touch styling and client service in line with the brand’s luxury positioning
- Proactively build and maintain a loyal client base, including outreach and follow-up
- Manage stock levels, inventory control, and visual merchandising to brand standards
- Handle sales reporting, basic administration, and communication with head office
- Represent LULU ZAGAME with elegance, professionalism, and passion for luxury fashion
- Identify local business development opportunities and contribute to brand presence in the Paddington community
About You
- Minimum 3 years experience in luxury retail, fashion, or boutique environments
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work autonomously without supervision
- A natural storyteller and stylist with a genuine love for luxury fashion
- Exceptionally well-presented, polished, and professional
- Warm, confident, and highly customer-focused
- Organised, dependable, and comfortable managing all aspects of store operations independently
