Tan temple is growing! and we have an opportunity for a motivated, mature minded and driven beauty therapist to join our growing team at our new award-winning spray tanning salon.
Our only specialised treatment we provide are high quality spray tans and at home aftercare skin treatments.
This position is for a management role and requires at least 2yrs management experience and the ability to encourage a team with proof of achievement.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following:
A certificate or diploma in beauty therapy with a minimum of 2 years’ management experience
Excellent communication skills and a friendly/caring personality
The ability to forge vip customer relationships and foster the vip customer experience with all staff.
The ability to drive a team & good time management skills
A passion and drive for helping clients achieve their desired result
A commitment to learning and developing your skills within the industry
Excellent customer service skills
Salon pos and effective rostering knowledge
Interest and ability to sell retail and at home care products
Proven sales results of targets being met and exceeded
The ability to motivate and drive a small team
A love for meticulous cleaning.
Interested in company succession and business growth
Social media skills and an interest in deliverable achievements. You will be required to make Instagram stories and reels.
The ability to create promotional ideas/drive traffic into salon with newsletter and promotional ideas. A history with running VIP breakfasts/evenings ect.
Full in-house training will be provided for successful applicant with Tan Temple custom spray tanning method. Learning the art of applying tan solution meticulously, body and face contouring. Using tan as a skin treatment learning how to do a proper consult for all skin types and colour blending.
*must not be on a working holiday visa, will need to work upwards of 38hrs.
