About the opportunity
As we expand into our new warehouse-style office in Cremorne, we're entering an exciting growth phase—an ideal opportunity for a passionate Marketing Manager to help shape the future of our brand.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance the brand presence and drive customer engagement within the hospitality industry.
- Build and nurture relationships with local media outlets to secure coverage and partnerships that amplify brand visibility.
- Coordinate public relations efforts to maximise positive media coverage, manage press releases, and build strategic PR campaigns that elevate brand reputation.
- Lead the planning and execution of event launches, ensuring seamless integration with marketing initiatives to create buzz and excitement around new venue openings and special events.
- Collaborate on brand partnerships, identifying key opportunities for strategic alliances that drive brand growth and expand audience reach.
- Elevate the brand identity, positioning MAMAS Dining Group as a premier destination in the hospitality scene through thoughtful and cohesive branding efforts.
- Create and implement creative campaigns that establish the brand as a leader in the hospitality sector.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of hospitality operations to tailor marketing efforts that resonate with industry trends and customer preferences.
- Oversee and manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content that promotes the brand's offerings.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in marketing within the hospitality sector, showcasing a deep appreciation for dining out and a strong understanding of industry operations.
- Strong experience in PR coordination, including managing media relationships, securing press coverage, and launching PR campaigns.
- Demonstrated success in leading event launches, from concept to execution, creating significant buzz around new initiatives.
- Track record of successfully building and maintaining relationships with local media outlets to secure positive brand exposure.
- Experience in building and nurturing brand partnerships, aligning with complementary businesses or influencers to enhance brand reach and visibility.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualise and implement creative ideas that contribute to brand building and business growth.

- Previous experience managing a team, fostering collaboration, and achieving collective goals.
