We are looking for a Casual Retail Stylist to work at our second store location in Wahroonga Village, Sydney.
Our Founder, Stephanie Davies, founded our multi-brand store La Bohème Lifestyle in Terrigal, Central Coast almost 8 years ago. She also founded our own brand La Bohème Girls, a luxe bohemian brand for women.
Our Head office, warehouse and flagship store are located on the Central Coast, with large amounts of Sydney customers we wanted to open our second storefront In Wahroonga, Sydney.
We opened just a couple weeks ago and have been on the search for Casual Retail Floor Stylists to compliment our team.
We are looking for an individual who is available to work during the week AND/OR available Saturday’s (occasional Sunday’s during Christmas period).
Store hours:
Tues - Sat
9:30 - 4:00
Being a small fast growing company our staff wear many hats - Although this is a retail floor position the candidate will learn more than just retail sales. They will have the privilege of seeing how a multi brand fashion company works while also being able to learn about how we run our own small brand.

About candidate: The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, and results driven, as well as possessing outstanding interpersonal skills and have a passion for creating an exceptional customer experience that embodies the La Bohème Lifestyle culture.
The individual must have the following qualities:

- Drive and self motivation
- Ability to create a happy and positive work environment for themselves, staff and customers
- Ability to adapt to different socio-economic and age brackets
- Ability to give high level customer service for all customers

- Knowledge of trending styles while also being able to trend forecast

- Confident in front of a camera and participating in content
- Must like burritos and margaritas (kidding but extra points)
Responsibilities:
- Delivering an exceptional in-store experience for our LB customer
- Accept stock
- Replenish stock
- Visual merchandising
- Work independently and part of a team
- Assist in content creation and Social Media posts
