Social Media Manager (Part-Time)
ESCP – Women’s Wellness Brand
📍 Melbourne (Hybrid)
🗓 1–2 days per week (with room to grow)
ESCP is a Melbourne-based women’s wellness brand launching in May 2026. We create elegant, design-led sexual wellness products for women, combining wellness, beauty and thoughtful design.
We’re looking for a creative Social Media Manager to help shape the visual identity and content strategy of ESCP as we prepare for launch.
If you understand Instagram and TikTok culture, appreciate beautiful minimal aesthetics, and know how to capture authentic, aspirational moments — we’d love to hear from you.
This is an early-stage startup role, so you’ll have the opportunity to help build the brand’s voice and presence from the ground up.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Helping develop and refine the ESCP content strategy
• Planning and scheduling content across Instagram and TikTok
• Shooting and editing short-form video content
• Staying across social media trends and formats
• Capturing content that feels elevated, minimal and authentic
• Working with creators and influencers to brief and secure content
• Supporting founder-led content when needed
Working Style
This is a collaborative role working closely with the founder.
Amanda is very involved in the creative direction of the brand and enjoys being part of the content process.
We’re looking for someone who is excited to work alongside the founder, bring ideas, and help grow the brand together.
You’re Perfect For This If You
• Have a strong eye for aesthetics, beauty and storytelling
• Understand TikTok and Instagram Reels culture
• Love creating short-form video content
• Are organised, proactive and creative
• Feel comfortable filming content and directing shoots
• Have an interest in wellness, beauty or lifestyle brands
The Opportunity
ESCP launches in April 2026, and this role will help shape the creative direction of the brand from day one.
We’re looking for someone who is excited to grow with the brand as it scales.
