Marketing and Showroom Coordinator
Location: Byron Bay Showroom
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate interior stylist & marketing all-rounder to join our close-knit team at Bodhi Living in our Byron Bay showroom.
This is more than a retail role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a creative, design-led environment where storytelling, styling, and soulful interiors come together. You’ll work hands-on in our showroom while also managing our brand’s visual and digital presence, from social media and newsletters to campaign content and creative direction.
About You:
You have a strong background in interiors and visual storytelling, with a natural eye for design and an intuitive understanding of what makes a brand feel cohesive and elevated. You’re equally comfortable styling a space as you are creating content about it, blending creativity, marketing know-how, and a love of interiors into everything you do.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in high-end retail, ideally within furniture or homewares
- A background in interior design, styling or visual merchandising
- A strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for natural materials, craftsmanship, and conscious design
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Meta Ads, Pinterest) and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Confidence in copywriting, newsletter creation (Mailchimp or Klaviyo), and website updates (Shopify)
- A genuine, warm, and professional approach to client interactions
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously or collaboratively within a small creative team
- Availability 5 days per week (including alternating Saturdays)
Your Role Will Include:
- Styling and maintaining our showroom to reflect seasonal collections and campaigns
- Assisting with showroom sales, quotes, and client consultations
- Managing Bodhi Living’s social media channels, planning and scheduling content, reels, and stories
- Creating and editing short-form video content in CapCut or similar tools
- Supporting campaign development including newsletters, EDMs, and product launches
- Collaborating with the team on creative direction, photoshoots, and brand storytelling
- Offering styling guidance and product knowledge to clients in-store and through online enquiries
- Helping with property styling and installations when required
