Sales & Marketing Showroom All Rounder
We’re on the lookout for an experienced and passionate interior stylist & sales gun to join our close-knit team at Bodhi Living in our Byron Bay showroom.
We are looking for someone with an extensive background within the retail space, a background and passion for interior design and curating meaningful spaces. An eye for styling, a love for beautiful objects, and the confidence to connect with clients and guide them toward pieces that feel personal and purposeful. Experience in Marketing and Social Media are a big plus to support back of house tasks.
We’re looking for someone with
- Previous experience in high-end retail, ideally within furniture or homewares
- A background in interior design, styling or visual merchandising
- Experience managing social media platforms (Instagram, Pinterest) and content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Creative Suit would be a bonus.
- Confidence in copywriting, newsletter creation (Mailchimp or Klaviyo), and website updates (Shopify)
- A strong sense of aesthetic and appreciation for natural materials, craftsmanship, and conscious design
- A genuine, warm, and professional approach to customer service
- Confidence in sales and the ability to work autonomously or alongside our small team.
- Availability 5 days per week (including some alternating Saturdays)
Your Role Will Include:
- Assisting with showroom sales, quotes, and client consultations
- Styling and maintaining our showroom to reflect seasonal collections and campaigns
- Offering styling guidance and product knowledge to clients in-store and online enquiries.
- Assisting with digital tasks when needed, whether it’s updating products online, creating digital content and marketing material.
- Sending weekly newsletters, or designing new marketing material.
- Supporting with property styling and installations where needed
- Being a brand ambassador who aligns with the Bodhi ethos of beauty, function, and soul
